**The Role**

Amped Kitchens is hiring **a Community Associate **to be the face of Amped at one of our L.A. locations. You will **drive** **leasing**, **build community**, provide **excellent customer service** and office management in our high-energy environment.

**Specific Accountabilities**:

- ** Leasing**: Lead tours. Work with our regional GM on solutions-based proposal, Close deals.
- ** Community-Building**: Get to know our numerous clients and their teams. Compose and distribute building news updates. Coordinate fun and informative special events.
- ** Customer Service**: Provide information, solutions and referrals to our clients. Manage issue resolution and deliver satisfaction.
- ** Office Management**: General office tasks including managing tenant keycards and access, mail sorting, document scanning, word processing, organization.

**Qualifications**:

- ** Experience**:1-2 years in a sales role, preferably in commercial real estate, food and/or or a related industry with a focus on B2B engagements.
- ** Skills**:Strong interpersonal and communication skills, proficient in CRM software (we use HubSpot), and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- ** Personality**:Relentless drive, outgoing and energetic personality, and a passion for the food industry and helping businesses succeed.
- ** Education**:Bachelor’s degree preferred.

***Compensation**

**OTE** **$64,000 to $72,000+ (no limit to upside)**
