The Role

Amped Kitchens is hiring a Community Associate to be the face of Amped at one of our L.A. locations. You will drive leasing, build community, provide excellent customer service and office management in our high-energy environment.

The ideal candidate is outgoing, energetic, resourceful, relentless and professional, with a passion for food and businesses.

Specific Accountabilities:

  • Leasing: Lead tours. Work with our regional GM on solutions-based proposal, Close deals.
  • Community-Building: Get to know our numerous clients and their teams. Compose and distribute building news updates. Coordinate fun and informative special events.
  • Customer Service: Provide information, solutions and referrals to our clients. Manage issue resolution and deliver satisfaction.
  • Front Office: Be the face of Amped to our customers and visitors. Set a positive, energetic tone for the community every day. Answer direct calls and emails.
  • Office Management: General office tasks including managing tenant keycards and access, mail sorting, document scanning, word processing, organization.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 1-2 years in a sales role, preferably in commercial real estate, food and/or or a related industry with a focus on B2B engagements.
  • Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, proficient in CRM software (we use HubSpot), and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Personality: Relentless drive, outgoing and energetic personality, and a passion for the food industry and helping businesses succeed.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Compensation

OTE $64,000 to $72,000+ (no limit to upside)
