We are looking for a Receptionist for our spa front desk and to perform a variety of administrative tasks. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests. Our Receptionist’s duties include offering information regarding our spa to both day and hotel guests. You will welcome guests and greet people who visit the spa. You will coordinate front-desk activities, including making treatment reservations and answering phone calls. To be successful as a Spa Receptionist, you should have a pleasant personality, as this is a customer service role. You should be able to deal with day to day operations in a timely and effective manner, while providing excellent customer service. Multitasking and communication skills are essential for this position. This role may require working in shifts, so flexibility is a plus. Ultimately, a Spa Receptionist’s duties and responsibilities are to ensure the front desk welcomes guests positively, and executes all tasks to the highest quality standards. Weekends are a MUST

**Responsibilities**
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive to the spa
- Direct visitors to the relaxation library and offer tea while they wait for the therapist
- Answer incoming phone calls and assist guests with requests
- Ensure spa reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)
- Understand spa treatment menu and products
- Update calendars and schedule treatments for day and hotel guests

**Skills**
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist or Front Office Representative in a Spa
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Spa Booker
- Hands-on experience with office equipment
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
- Excellent organizational skills
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Customer service skills
- High school degree; additional certification in Office Management is a plus'
