Frozen Logistics is a rapidly growing cold storage warehouse provider and logistics management company. We have immediate need for an E-commerce Fulfillment Associate. As a member of the fulfillment team, you will be tasked with picking and packing outbound parcel orders to consumers. Accuracy and quality are of utmost importance in this role.

This position is located in Taylor TX. We offer competitive wages and for full-time roles a comprehensive compensation package that also includes medical, dental, vision, paid time off, and annual bonus participation.

**Duties and responsibilities**
- Receive/Ship boxes and/or pallets in and out of the warehouse
- Pull and box orders for parcel shipments
- Spend extended time in cold environments
- Check, verify, and complete paperwork pertaining to jobs completed
- Inventory management
- Competency running an electric pallet jack
- Routinely lift boxes weighing up to 70lbs
- Interact with both vendors and customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Basic computer use
- Accurately pull and pack customer orders
- Follow basic packing outlines for each customer
- Typical work schedule is 4 days a week, 10 hours per day, (4/10s) Monday-Thursday

**Order Fulfillment Associate requirements and qualifications**
- Warehouse, order fulfillment experience is a substantial plus
- Clean background
- Attention to detail
- Flexibility in shift times and role responsibilities (shift times and role responsibilities can fluctuate)
- Experience with Warehouse Management Software is a huge plus
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Team player, results-driven and patient
- Good time-management skills and able to work independently
- Great interpersonal and communication skills

This Job Is:
