Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Fulfillment Associate to join our team at HALO. As a key member of our distribution center, you will play a critical role in ensuring the timely and accurate processing of customer orders.

Responsibilities
  • Process and prepare shipments for delivery using UPS, FedEx, and other third-party shipping systems
  • Verify packing lists against purchase orders to ensure accurate product delivery
  • Count and track inventory, post freight to purchase orders, and process returns
  • Load and unload trucks, as well as put away stock in a safe and efficient manner
  • Provide excellent customer service by answering questions regarding inventory, shipping, freight, and supplies
  • Check and respond to company emails in a timely and professional manner
  • Work on fulfillment and kitting projects as assigned by management
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols and company standards
  • Operate forklifts, stand-up electric pallet jacks, and manual pallet jacks as needed
Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years of age or older with the ability to read and speak English for safety purposes
  • High School diploma or GED required
  • 1+ years of receiving experience, previous warehouse experience, and forklift license preferred
  • Basic skills in Microsoft Word and Outlook preferred
  • Motivated by deadline-oriented work environment
  • Able to work overtime when required
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted
  • Pushing and pulling up to 200 pounds with assistance of rolling carts
