We ae a busy, family-owned local trucking company in Middletown, PA for over 17 years. Logistics and dispatch experience required for this position as well as knowledge of microsoft outlook, excel and google drive. Strong communication and customer service skills a must in addition to the ability to multi-task and motivate your team. Hours approx1-9 PM Mon
- Friday. No weekends.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and dispatch transportation vehicles for efficient delivery of goods.
- Utilize transportation management systems to track shipments and optimize routes.
- Communicate effectively with drivers, customers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Perform data entry tasks to update shipment information accurately.
- Monitor and manage fleet operations to ensure smooth logistics processes.
- Utilize GIS and GPS tools to assist in transportation planning and tracking.
- Collaborate with supply chain partners to streamline logistics operations.
- Maintain a high level of customer service through professional phone etiquette and communication skills.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
