Job Description:
**Bill Luke is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to join our team in Phoenix, AZ. As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth for our auto group. You will oversee a team of marketing professionals and work closely with other departments to ensure our marketing efforts align with our business objectives.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Strategy Development: Create and implement comprehensive marketing plans that align with the company's strategic goals and objectives.
- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, print, social media, and events.
- Content Creation: Oversee the development of engaging content for various platforms, ensuring consistency in brand messaging and tone.
- Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum impact.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights to inform marketing strategies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product development, and other departments to ensure cohesive and effective marketing initiatives.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role, preferably within the automotive industry.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Skills: Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media management tools).
- Leadership: Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Creativity: Ability to think creatively and strategically, bringing innovative ideas to the table.
