**Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities**
- Provide administrative support to executive team
- Open mail and boxes daily, distribute to appropriate departments
- Schedule meetings for executives and manage executive calendars
- Coordinate in-house meetings including room reservations and set-up
- Responsible for ordering and maintaining office supplies
- Make travel arrangements, including air travel, hotel and car rental. Complete expense reports and process for signature
- Coordinate dinners for executives, as required
- Act as a “Customer Service Representative” for requests from the executive dept. Ensure customer is effectively and efficiently served.
- Treat all confidential information with the highest degree of professionalism and confidentiality and performs administrative functions based on understanding of company policy.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

**Job Qualifications**
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 5+ years of office management/administrative assistant experience
- Notary public preferred, not required
- Ability to handle confidential matters
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
- Strong attention to detail, organization and planning skills
- Ability to anticipate needs and use sound judgment, resourcefulness and tact
- Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities with competing deadlines

- This is a full-time position with a base salary range of $60,000 - $65,000 plus benefits.
