Scheduling Coordinator

Job Overview:
**Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate and schedule caregivers to clients
- Utilize eRSP software to manage schedules and update client/caregiver information
- Answer incoming calls and assist clients, or caregivers with scheduling inquiries
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations
- Collaborate with office staff to optimize scheduling
- Manage desk activities and ensure a welcoming environment for anybody
**Experience**:
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role
- Familiarity with caregiving is a plus
- Proficiency in using phone systems and office equipment
- Knowledge of medical administrative support functions
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations and compliance
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail
Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
