The Leader of Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategy, communications plans, and marketing operations for St. Martin America, Tribeca Cabinetry, Contempo and also new business. This position reports to the President of St. Martin America. Ability to travel domestically approximately 2-3 times/year.

**Responsibilities include, but not limited to**:
Design
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to generate leads and drive sales of kitchen and bath remodeling services.
Build and maintain relationships with clients, architects, interior designers, realtors, and other industry professionals to identify potential sales opportunities.
Collaborate with the design and installation teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
Stay informed about industry trends, product innovations, and competitive landscape to remain competitive in the market.
Source leads through various channels, implementing effective marketing strategies, including SEO, social media, and outreach to past clients for referrals and Google Reviews.
Maximize our social accounts to showcase our services and attract potential clients.
Custom Programs

Ideate and collaborate with team on new brand initiatives to drive brand traffic, new customers and sales
Establish and roll out new programs and events to elevate the customer experience, drive traffic, new customers and sales
Evaluate and analyze the effectiveness of key marketing activities in terms of sales results, consumer response, foot traffic, and other KPI metrics
Monitor competitive marketing and advertising trends, helping identify key opportunities for innovation
Work closely with cross-functional business partners to ensure campaigns are leveraged across all appropriate communication channels to achieve maximum impact
Partnerships

Manage brand awareness and assure a steady cadence of high-quality, brand-right content for our social channels
Help drive strategic partnerships for the brand; comfortable reaching out to potential new partners, speaking on behalf of the brand and negotiating programming to achieve maximum results
Press

Create Public Relations campaigns that align with business objectives, increase market brand share, and maximize sales
Establish relationships with key media and develop media materials as needed

**Qualifications**:
Proven track record of success with in-home sales, preferably in the home remodeling or construction industry.
Knowledge of kitchen and bath remodeling products, materials, and techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to overcome objections and secure sales.
Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets and goals.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Ability to work with CRM and Construction Software.
Ability to maximize business development strategies and networking.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
English / Bilingual in Spanish / Chinese (Mandarin) is a plus
Experience with 2020 Design, CRM systems, such as Jobtread and Builders Prime, as well as Quickbooks and Company Cam.
Strong understanding of sales processes and the ability to build out sales strategies and presentations.
Proven track record in sales and marketing, with the ability to generate leads and drive revenue growth.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and the ability to innovate marketing campaigns to reach target audiences effectively.

**Education**:
Bachelor?s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master?s preferred).
Proven experience in social media marketing, brand development, and community engagement.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and guide a team.
Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
