We are seeking a highly motivated and patient-focused Bilingual Call Center Representative to join our team. As a Bilingual Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent patient service and support to our clients. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are fluent in both English and Spanish and have a passion for helping others.

**Duties**:

- Make outbound calls to patients to provide information, answer inquiries, and resolve issues
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate patient records
- Communicate effectively with patients in both English and Spanish
- Analyze patient needs and recommend appropriate products or services
- Provide exceptional patient service by addressing patientconcerns and ensuring patient satisfaction
- Upsell products or services to maximize sales opportunities

**Skills**:

- Fluent in both English and Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
- Ability to analyze patientbneeds and provide appropriate solutions
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
