Advanced Markets Administrator

As an** Advanced Markets Administrator** at COUNTRY Financial, you will be responsible for supporting our Advanced Markets team members who interact with our field representatives and clients. This position performs regulatory and administrative functions critical to the client experience, works with our field representatives in response to Advanced Markets questions regarding client accounts and system experiences, helps our Trust Services team process documents, checks, and tax return information, along with other items as needed.

**This position offers a hybrid work schedule and is based out of our corporate offices in Bloomington, IL.**

**How does an Advanced Markets Administrator make an impact?**
- Manages the administration of investment advisory services for investment management, IRA, and trust clients, which includes the development, implementation, and oversight of retirement and investment goals and portfolio strategies for clients.
- Plans and communicates with clients (financial advisor (FA) produced and House) to review and discuss investment results, administration, tax, estate, and financial planning matters. Participates directly with high net worth clients and their FA and other professional advisors to discuss and implement aspects of their financial plan.
- Provide general support and troubleshooting for CTB and Journey Series related systems.
- Assists in new business development and promotes COUNTRY Trust Bank (CTB) Wealth Management services to agency partners, clients and prospects, and other company departments to help achieve new business goals.
