*We are currently looking for 1:1 school LPNs for students in summer school in the Uniondale area.*

*Schedule: approx. 730a-3:00pm*

*Rate: $37-$40/hr*

*Requirements:*
* *ACTIVE: New York LPN License (Copy)*
* *BLS Card*
* *Physical within 1 year *
* *TB, MMR, QuantiFERON *
* *2 years of Nursing experience*
* *2 Professional References*

*Skilled Requirements:*
Wound Care and Dressing Changes *Personal Care Assistance*
Medication management and administration *Palliative care for chronic conditions*
Tracheostomy and ventilator management *Feeding tube care and support*
Respite care for family caregivers
