**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certification in customer service or related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in an automotive or service environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
