**Key Responsibilities**:
Manage and maintain company filing system, ensuring that all documents are appropriately stored and easily retrievable.

Answer incoming calls, redirecting or taking messages as necessary.

Provide general administrative support including photocopying, scanning, mailing, and organizing.

Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments.

Welcome visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.

Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

**Qualifications**:

- High School diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications will be a plus.
- Proven experience in a secretarial or administrative role.
- Strong organizational skills with an ability to prioritize and multitask.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite or equivalent software.
- Reliable and punctual with a professional demeanor.
