**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Team Leadership**: Lead and inspire a dedicated team of vending operators and micromarket attendants to deliver exceptional service and drive business growth.
- **Operational Excellence**: Oversee all aspects of branch operations, including inventory management, equipment maintenance, and route optimization.
- **Customer Engagement**: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. Leverage customer feedback to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
- **Sales and Marketing**: Develop and execute strategies to increase revenue and market share. Collaborate with our sales team to identify opportunities for expansion and growth.
- **Financial Management**: Monitor branch performance against budget and financial targets. Implement cost-saving measures and efficiency improvements to maximize profitability.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a leadership role within the vending or retail industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and team members.
- Proven track record of driving operational excellence and business growth.
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of vending technology and micromarket solutions is a plus.

Pay: From $75,000.00 per year
