**Human Resources Assistant**
**Responsibilities**:
- Assist with HRIS data entry and maintenance
- Support in contract preparation and documentation
- Aid in FMLA administration and tracking
- Contribute to training development programs
- Assist in compliance with employment labor laws
- Support performance management processes
- Assist in project management within HR initiatives
- Contribute to HR sourcing efforts
- Aid in benefits administration tasks
**Experience**:
- Previous experience or knowledge in Human Resources functions
- Familiarity with HRIS systems and data management
- Understanding of FMLA regulations and compliance
- Knowledge of training development principles
- Familiarity with employment labor laws and regulations
- Exposure to performance management practices
- Basic understanding of project management concepts within HR projects
- Ability to support HR sourcing activities
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
