We are a small 20-employee company seeking a detail-oriented Office Administrator with expertise in bookkeeping and purchasing. Join our dynamic team and play a key role in managing our financial records and procurement processes. If you are experienced in QuickBooks, excel in negotiating with suppliers, and have a knack for maintaining organized records, we want to hear from you

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Bookkeeping**:

- Manage A/P and A/R processes.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions.
- Prepare monthly financial reports.
- Handle inventory discrepancies and allocate freight costs.

**Purchasing**:

- Negotiate pricing and terms with suppliers.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels.
- Generate and manage purchase orders.
- Ensure timely delivery and handle product returns.

**Administrative Support**:

- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries.
- Organize and maintain files and records, both physical and digital.
- Monitor and manage office budgets and expenditures.
- Oversee the cleanliness and organization of the office environment.
- Assist in the implementation of new office policies and procedures.

**Qualifications**:
Pay: $25.00 - $33.00 per hour

**Benefits**:

- Microsoft Office: 3 years (required)
- Administrative experience: 3 years (required)
