As a pivotal member of our marketing team, you will lead our efforts to grow our YouTube channel, driving subscriber count with a strong emphasis on building and nurturing a loyal community and maintaining an overall omnipresence inside our industry. Your expertise will enhance our brand presence and help us reach millions of users globally through compelling video content. The end goal is to have our YouTube Channel serve as the foundation for our client acquisition and financial literacy efforts.

Mission:

- Execute strategies to grow our YouTube channel, increasing subscribers and viewership.
- Work with the content team to create engaging video content optimized for YouTube's algorithms.
- Optimize video titles, descriptions, tags, and thumbnails to improve visibility and search rankings.
- Monitor social media channels for industry trends, relevant news, and customer feedback.
- Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of videos and campaigns, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for optimization.
- Stay updated on the latest YouTube trends, tools, and best practices to ensure our strategies remain competitive and effective.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop new content and ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
- Execute upon recommendations for optimizing video content and channel strategies based on data insights and performance metrics.
- Ensures all content is of high quality, accurate, reliable, and delivered on time.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Video Production, or a related field. (Preferable)
- Certifications in YouTube marketing, digital marketing, or SEO are highly desirable.

**Experience**
- Proven track record of growing YouTube channels, with specific examples of successful campaigns and channel growth metrics.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on video content creation and YouTube channel management.
- Demonstrated expertise in YouTube SEO, including optimization of titles, descriptions, tags, and thumbnails.
- Experience with YouTube analytics tools and data-driven decision-making.
- Proficiency in video editing software and tools such as Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
- Strong understanding of YouTube algorithms, trends, and best practices.
- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
