Construction Operations Manager

**About us**

C3 Contracting, LLC is a design-build contractor primarily operating in the custom residential home build / remodeling market, while sometimes operating in the light commercial market for select projects.

**Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and manage construction operations across multiple projects from conception to completion
- Coordinate and direct construction managers, project managers, construction supervisors, subcontractors and vendors
- Participate in internally controlled design-build process, collaborating with design team and customers
- Develop and implement quality assurance program
- Develop and implement safety program
- Oversee budgets across organization and project levels
- Develop conceptual and final construction cost estimates

**Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of construction management principles
- Proficiency in project management software
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of construction estimating techniques
- Familiarity with construction inspection processes
- Understanding of quality control procedures
