The **North America Business Development Specialist **is responsible for the continued development and coordination of **FBO** day-to-day activities.

**Hybrid Work Week (4 days work in office (M-Th) and work from home on Fridays). This job is located in Scottsdale, AZ.**

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES/FUNCTIONS**:

- Responsible for helping manage recognition program, reports, phone calls, incentives related to FBO recognition.
- Respond to FBO’s inquiries and requests, including special event requests and product and promo requests.
- Provide periodic compliance review of FB and notify appropriate department of concerns when necessary.
- Serve as team lead providing guidance and direction to other BDS.
- Provide oversite support to multiple social media groups created by Sales and Marketing teams.
- Liaise between company’s internal marketing department and North America Sales Department to successfully implement various projects.
- Produce and customize visual presentations (i.e. PowerPoint presentations) for webinars and Distributor training.
- Effectively organize, communicate, and facilitate group projects to drive end results.
- Effectively communicate with promoted distributors monthly to get recognition testimonies from New Managers and above; proof and edit testimonies and photos and follow up to ensure information is received timely.
- Provide general support to North America Sales Department.
- Responsible for handling and resolving escalated Distributor Support issues and concerns.
- 5% Travel to and attend company events occasionally, as needed.
- Work cooperatively with coworkers, managers, distributors, and vendors.
- Maintain professionalism and patience with all FBOs.
- Make calls and/or send cards as needed to NA’s FBOs.
- All other duties as assigned.

**QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS REQUIRED TO PERFORM JOB DUTIES**:

- Demonstrated knowledge of business, marketing and sales concepts and techniques.
- Demonstrated teamwork.
- Knowledge of and ability to navigate and troubleshoot CRM software.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Accurate and efficient typing skills 45+ wpm.
- Intermediate to advanced level project management and task management skills.
- Professional presentation; strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Able to work on multiple projects at once and effectively prioritize and complete assignments accurately and on time.
- Able to work quickly and handle high volumes of work in a fast-paced environment with constantly changing tasks, priorities, and deadlines.
- Strong spelling, grammar, proof-reading, and overall attention to detail skills.
- Strong initiative, confidence, assertiveness and accountability, follow-up, and follow-through.
- Ability to process information quickly, anticipate needs before they arise and work with little or no direction or direct supervision (must be proactive); must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient operation of general office equipment including copier, fax machine, scanner, printer, etc.
- Consistently professional, friendly, helpful telephone and in-person demeanor.
- Ability to facilitate group projects to drive end results.

**EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE REQUIRED TO PERFORM JOB DUTIES**:

- High School diploma or GED.
- Must have 5+ years’ work experience in a Marketing or Sales environment, to include executive interaction and handling of travel arrangements.
- Salesforce or other CRM experience a plus.
