**Will-Mor Manufacturing** is looking for a **2nd shift setup/ CNC Supervisor** **Have you worked as a Lead CNC Machinist in the past and are looking to advance? We would love to speak with you **Will-Mor Manufacturing is a leading precision CNC Manufacturer specializing in complex, tight-tolerance parts in the Optical Industry.

(Highly competitive wage depending on experience)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise 20+ employees
- Speak effectively before groups and communicate with Machining Manager.
- CNC Set-up holding tight tolerances and meet production standards.
- Read and interpret blueprints, conduct proper inspections of first piece runs and in process parts using standard inspection tools.
- Understand machine tool accuracies, fixture offsets and tool offsets.

**Skills Knowledge and Expertise**:

- Must have machine shop or manufacturing experience.
- Leadership or Supervisory experience.
- Ability to make good decisions.
