CNC Supervisor

Will-Mor Manufacturing is seeking a highly skilled CNC Department Supervisor to lead our 2nd shift production team. As a seasoned supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our CNC machining facility, ensuring efficient production, and maintaining a positive working environment.

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of 20+ production employees, providing guidance and coaching to ensure high-quality production and efficient workflow.
• Monitor and analyze production metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions to optimize performance.
• Collaborate with the tool room to ensure proper fixturing and equipment setup for production runs.
• Review production routers and schedules to ensure job readiness and accuracy.
• Develop and implement process improvements to enhance productivity, quality, and safety.
• Manage employee performance, providing feedback, and coaching to achieve individual and team goals.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies, procedures, and standards, promoting a safe and healthy work environment.

• 3-5 years of experience in machining and setup, with 3-5 years of supervisory experience in a machining production environment.
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and MRP/ERP systems.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to visualize and articulate complex concepts.
