Job Overview

Will-Mor Manufacturing is seeking skilled CNC Machinists to join our team. As a CNC Machinist, you will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC Vertical & Horizontal Mills 4 Axis with palletizing, as well as CNC Turning and Manual Turning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Setup and operate CNC machines to produce high-precision parts.
  • Load fixtures and blank parts into machines, ensuring accurate measurements and documentation.
  • Utilize measuring devices to verify part conformance and document measurements.
  • Collaborate with supervisors to resolve machine issues and ensure quality control.
  • Document production, quality, and scrap counts daily.
  • Monitor coolant and oil levels to ensure proper machine function.
Requirements
  • CNC machining experience, preferably with CNC Turning Center up to 12 Turrets and CNC Mill Machines.
  • Defense and Aerospace Industry experience.
  • AS9100 experience a plus.
  • Ability to read GD&T Code.
  • Ability to use all measuring tools.
