**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant General Manager to join our leadership team at Freepoint Hotel Cambridge. Reporting directly to the General Manager, the Assistant General Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring the overall success of the hotel by overseeing day-to-day operations, driving revenue growth, and upholding our commitment to excellence in hospitality.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the General Manager to develop and implement strategic plans to achieve financial goals and enhance guest satisfaction.
- Lead and inspire a diverse team of hotel staff, including front desk agents, housekeeping, and maintenance personnel, to deliver exceptional service and exceed performance targets.
- Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and quality standards to maintain a safe and welcoming environment for guests and employees.
- Monitor financial performance and analyze key metrics to identify opportunities for revenue optimization and cost control.
- Foster strong relationships with guests, vendors, and partners to enhance the hotel's reputation and drive repeat business.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Freepoint Hotel Cambridge and HHM Hotels, representing our values and commitment to excellence in all interactions.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 3 years of progressive leadership experience in hotel operations, with at least 1 year in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of hotel management principles, revenue management, and industry trends.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve results in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
