**Responsibilities**:

- Lead generation and conversion through excellent customer interactions
- Engage and educate homeowners regarding the benefits of solar energy
- Assess client needs and recommend appropriate solar solutions
- Develop and maintain a sales pipeline, managing leads from initial contact through agreement close
- Use Salesforce CRM to track all customer interactions and sales activities
- Provide an exceptional customer experience, driving our reputation for superior customer service

**Qualifications**:

- Proven sales experience; solar industry experience is a plus
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a clear focus on high-quality and business profit
- Proficient in using Salesforce CRM or a comparable CRM system
- Valid driver's license
