The Compliance Administrative Assistant will work directly with the Assistant General Manager in enforcing and processing the community standards with an emphasis on administrative and community interaction. **Essential Duties and Responsibilities**
- Enforce standards according to the Articles, Bylaws, and Maintenance Restrictions of the Meadows.
- Maintain Association’s records of violations and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local statutes and regulations.
- Provide property owners with the information necessary to correct the violation (s) in a timely manner: send 1st notice, board notice, hearing notice, hearing decision and invoices. Oversees the entire violation process.
- Re-inspecting properties for compliance status: walking around the property in a respectful manner not to disturb owners/tenants/neighbors, take pictures and make notes.
- Follow up on Standards related complaints: respond to complainant, investigate allegations of violations to determine validity of complaints, possible coordination with Condominium and Homeowner Associations and determine the appropriate action to take.
- Maintain and update inspection files and photos electronically as well as hard copies.
- Create property Exhibits of covenants, conditions & restrictions for each violation.
- Create chronology as needed for the General Manager to present to the MCA Board of Directors.
- Create chronology as needed to present at every Hearing Committee meeting.
- Coordinate with General Manager and Hearing Committee on scheduling hearing dates and times in accordance with Florida Statute.
- Reserve and set up meeting room for upcoming Hearings.
- Attend violation hearing meetings: take minutes, distribute drafts, finalize minutes and maintain Hearing Committee meeting records.
- Make necessary copies of notices, prepare notices for mailing and distribute copies on a weekly basis.
- Report fines for collection to Assistant General Manager.
- May be assigned other duties by General Manager and Assistant General Manager.
- Follows safety procedures and maintains a safe work environment.

**Requirements**:
Skills Required: Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and ability to multi-task. Self-motivated, proactive, detail oriented team player. Time management and time critical prioritization skills.

Experience Required: CAM license preferred. Experience in community association management with previous experience working in a Condominium and/or Homeowner Association. Have a strong understanding of Florida Statute 720 and 718.

**Availability requirements: Part-time with the possibility of becoming a full-time position.**

Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 15 lbs. Use of fingers for typing and visual use of the computer monitor. Communicate, receive and exchange ideas and information by means of the spoken and written word. Working Conditions: The majority of work will be completed indoors in a temperature-controlled environment with little to moderate noise levels. Some driving (company vehicle) required.
