The Director of Marketing is responsible for managing the development of the company’s marketing program. Assessing existing and potential markets, product life cycle planning, coordination of products development, development of product strategies, the definition of promotional activities, and product launch. Activities may include technical sales support, product advertising/promotion planning, developing, and implementing multiple channel programs, and directing the development of company market requirements for specific products(s) or product lines.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

- Responsible for end-to-end management of new projects for digital marketing and specific

marketing automation efforts
- Implement SEO strategies to increase traffic to the company’s website
- Manages all marketing deliverables and timelines
- Coordinates project plan efforts between client and marketing team
- Responsible for all communication by coordinating, researching, and developing presentations, communications, and promotional materials
- Establish and track budgets as well as analytical reports and campaign results.
- Prepares reports by compiling data, monitoring, and analyzing project plans and metrics.

Analyzes data to assess market variances, marketing initiatives, and promotional performance
- Maintains quality service by following Company standards. Contributes to the department's financial compliance by developing or administering annual budgets
- Prior experience managing multiple projects across creative, development, and cross-functional teams
- Experience with marketing automation systems, i.e., Active Campaign Monday, etc.
- Proven SEO experience to get organic, un-paid, traffic from the search engine results page
- A deep understanding and knowledge of implementing effective SEO strategies

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES)
- 4-6 years of marketing experience
- 2+ years of project management experience
- A highly skilled, and extremely organized person who loves to manage projects and is passionate about digital and content marketing
- Agile, quick-thinking multi-tasker who can pivot quickly between tasks and adapt to rapidly shifting expectations and goals
- Strong communicator who's very collaborative; a relationship builder
- Experience with website builders such as WordPress, PHP, etc

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
