**BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTION**: This position provides advanced office and administrative support for the Compliance, Enforcement, Engineering, Permitting, and Storm Water Units of the Division of Water Quality Management (DWQM) in the Bureau of Water Quality (BWQ).

This position is responsible for a wide variety of tasks including:

- Routine and mass mailings
- Delivery of mail from the Ray and Marquardt Buildings to the Tyson Building
- Purchasing office supplies and equipment
- Photocopying
- Arranging for maintenance of office equipment and cubicles
- Maintaining webpage forms and links
- Editing and printing reports
- Organizing hard copy and electronic files
- Providing EFIS data system support
- Entering and review of GIS data
