**Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:

- Provide exceptional customer service to patients, vendors, and other medical facilities
- Effectively communicate with members of Upper Management regarding patient experiences
- Return patient phone calls related to their medical care, and direct patients to the proper resources for further assistance with their issues
- Communicate with Providers regarding lab results, prescription medications, and other patient care questions
- Provide patient education regarding abnormal lab results, medications, and medical care on behalf of the Provider
- Assist with pharmacy phone calls and medication changes at the discretion of the provider
- Maintain the company's digital media presence by posting relevant content and encouraging audience engagement
- Monitor comments on all social media platforms and interact with the social media community

**Minimum Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3-5 years of customer service experience in the medical field
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a clinical role
- Proficiency in using an electronic medical record (EMR) and fax communication
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in navigating different social media platforms
- Demonstrates professional problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
- Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and following HIPAA regulations
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
