Privately-owned dental practice seeking an experienced, dynamic Treatment Coordinator to join our amazing team
This is a full-time position (4.5 days/wk). We are seeking a detail-oriented, motivated individual to join our front office team. We have a unique and organized practice with a superb standard of excellent patient care
**Responsibilities and Duties**
Duties will include:
Treatment presentation, including providing insurance breakdown and out of pocket costs as well as securing financial arrangments
Scheduling patients for treatment appointments and recare appointments
Collecting patient portion for treatment appointments
Correspondence to patients and specialty offices
Some insurance claim submission and follow up, including submitting pre-authorizations when necessary
We are a fast-paced office with great attention to detail, this position is very busy and is best fulfilled by an individual who is self-motivated, organized and wonderful with people
**Qualifications and Skills**
2+ years of dental front office experience
Leadership qualities such as positive and encouraging interaction with team members, Dr., and patients
Knowledge and experience in treatment planning and presentation
Superior knowledge of dental procedures and how to educate patients on these
Superb knowledge of PPO insurances and how insurance benefits work
Comfortable in discussing financial arrangements (including Care Credit) and collecting payment
Excellent telephone and interpersonal skills
Excellent personal patient care, including detailed follow up
Dentrix experience preferred
