Arc-Com’s Options® department creates custom designs to suit client specifications, aesthetics, budgetary concerns, or performance needs. The Options Administrative Associate provides support to the Options project team for Arc-Com. This position is responsible for assisting with Custom projects, processing custom orders, and fielding related questions from Sales Account Executives.

**Essential Functions**:

- Coordinates Custom Developments and Special Finishing requests with our mill sources and our sales team.
- Handles preparation, shipping and receiving of custom samples.
- Assists in maintaining sample library of custom developments and fabrics treated with Special Finishes.
- Order entry and order acknowledgment for custom projects.
- Responsible for weekly updates to our mill resources to track orders and ensure that they are delivered on schedule.
- Communicates with our sales team frequently and expeditiously about all aspects of custom projects---from start to finish.
- Follows through with projects with our sales team from beginning to end as well as projects and the status of orders.
- Assists with the processing of invoices from our mill sources for custom orders.

**Requirements and Experience**:

- Detail oriented and organized, with excellent follow up skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Basic fabric knowledge (ability to review colors/patterns).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to look through fabric sample bins or fabric bolts in our warehouse to pull, cut, overlock (sew), label, and ship to our clients.
- Ability to work independently.
- 1-2 years of customer service experience.
- Industry experience a plus.
