Our clients include NYS Office of General Services, Dormitory Authority of the State of New York, NYC Health + Hospitals, State University of New York, NYC Department of Design and Construction, NYC Parks & Recreation, NYC School Construction Authority, NYC Economic Development Corporation, Battery Park City Authority, and NYS Parks, Recreations and Historic Preservation.

Project Engineer/Inspector – This candidate will support the administrative effort of the job(s) but can also aid with inspections when there is a need to assist with site coverage. There is a significant administrative component associated with these projects. This candidate must be able to quickly learn the Client’s processes and stay on top of the paperwork.

There are two projects:

A new $7 Million MRI project: Provide Imaging Bay. Duration is forecasted to be a little over a year.

A new $500,000 Feeder project – Replace High Voltage Feeders.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Three + years of previous Construction Management experience in a Hospital or Healthcare setting.
  • Superior communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Full working knowledge of MS Office 365 and AutoCAD.
  • OSHA 30.
  • Must be able to commute to Orangeburg, NY daily.

PAY RATE: $40.00-$43.50/Hourly Salary
