**Job Summary**:
The Front Desk Receptionist will help navigate and streamline the patient flow through three clinic practices to support coverage needs during the Summer.

**Responsibilities**:

- Meet and greet patients.
- Verify and update all patient demographic information in EPIC.
- Process patient arrivals through EPIC, indicating arrivals and no-shows.
- Filter and triage calls in order of urgency; take accurate phone messages.
- Cross coverage when needed within the Divisions, including but not limited to, telephone, coordinator, and Front Desk.
- Duties will be assigned as needed by Division Administrator and Practice Managers.
- Perform related duties and responsibilities as assigned/requested.

**Job Qualifications**:

- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

**Hourly Rate Ranges: $19.23 - $26.92**

Note: Our salary offers will fall within these ranges based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to experience, skill set, training and education.
