Job Responsibilities:
Commit to a structured training regimen, including spending three days per week at our office alongside high-achieving brokers.
Participate in ongoing training sessions to access valuable tips, resources, and market insights to stay current.
Gain a deep understanding of client needs and financial constraints, delivering personalized guidance to assist them in finding their ideal property.
Conduct property tours with professionalism and maintain effective communication with collaborating agents to benefit clients.
Keep meticulous records and utilize HubSpot software to manage clients, ensuring organization and efficiency.
**Requirements**:
Possess strong interpersonal skills and the ability to represent the company in a positive manner.
Previous experience in customer service or sales roles is preferred.

Hudson Burnham's office is situated in Chicago, IL, and our agents work in both office and remote settings.
Schedule: Flexible
We offer full-time and part-time options to accommodate individual goals. As an agent with Hudson Burnham, you have control over your schedule.
Compensation: Real Estate Brokers and Leasing Agents at Hudson Burnham enjoy uncapped earning potential, with expected compensation ranging from $2,500 to $15,000 per month. Your commission will be based on your individual performance and sales achievements.
