The Warehouse Lead supervises & assists a team of Associates in the following daily tasks;
- Picking customer orders
- Staging customer orders for delivery
- Loading customer delivery trucks

Note: Famous Supply Warehouse associates will handle large products such as water heaters, furnaces and showers.

**Primary Job Responsibilities**
- Coaching and mentoring a team of associates
- Ensuring product is handled with care to prevent damage
- Attention to detail to ensure warehouse tasks listed above are done accurately
- Keeping warehouse clean, neat and organized

**Required Experience and Skills**
- Strong communication skills
- Problem solving
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand on feet for majority of an 8 hours day
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

**Preferred Experience and Skills**
- Forklift experience
- Building industry experience and requisite product knowledge
- Experience working in a warehouse
- Experience using RF Scanners
