**Responsibilities**:

- Attend all shift and trainings meetings
- Follow all safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment
- Provides day-to-day direction, supervision, and coaching to Workers
- Ensure workers compliance with safety check list and the completion of new worker required documents
- Performance/quality management and safety training
- Ensure accurate processing of all merchandise to our stores and guests
- Report to work on time and complete all job tasks as assigned accurately and on time
- Engage in problem solving to support continuous improvement
- Maintains positive and respectful attitude while working independently and in a team environment
- Must comply with Dress Code, with the only permitted personal item in the work area being a clear water container

**Qualifications**:

- High School degree or GED or equivalent experience
- 1yrs+ experience working in large scale warehouse or highly knowledgeable in warehouse operations as a supervisor
- Or
- 2yrs experience working as a warehouse lead
- Experience in ALL areas of warehousing (shipping, receiving, picking/pulling, stocking, etc.)
- Understanding of OSHA guidelines and warehouse safety measures
- Excellent communication skills
- Deep understanding of warehouse management systems/ inventory management systems
- Bilingual in English and Spanish a PLUS
- Smart Phone is required to sign in and out for your shift (not allowed in warehouse)
- Reliable, safe and a team player
- Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
- Access to reliable transportation for all required shifts
