As Executive Director, you have the opportunity to lead an organization dedicated to improving the lives of individuals and families in need across our region.

Trehab is a dynamic and innovative Agency serving, Bradford, Sullivan, Susquehanna, Tioga, Wayne and Wyoming Counties. For over fifty years, Trehab has been dedicated to empowering individuals and communities though a range of services including Housing Development, Housing Assistance, Transportation, Workforce Development, Weatherization, Nutrition programs, Behavioral Health Services and more. Our Mission is to promote self-sufficiency, economic development and community revitalization.

**RESPONSIBLITIES INCLUDE**:

- Visionary leadership to guide Trehab in achieving its Mission
- Oversee ALL aspects of Agency operations, including program management, financial stewardship and staff development
- Cultivate strong relationships with Community partners, funders and stakeholders to enhance Trehab initiatives
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and best practices
- Advocate for policies and resources to address the needs of individuals and families in region

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field, advanced degree preferred
- Proven leadership experience in nonprofit and community development sector
- Strong strategic planning and organizational management
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills, public speaking and advocacy
- Commitment to Trehab’s mission and values
