Csr - Customer Service Representative

We are seeking dedicated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as CSR- Customer Service Representatives. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional service to our customers via inbound and outbound calls, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and providing accurate information.
- Assist customers with product information, order status, billing inquiries, and troubleshooting issues.
- Handle customer complaints or escalations with empathy and patience, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Process orders, returns, exchanges, or cancellations efficiently and accurately using our CRM system.
- Follow communication scripts and company policies to ensure consistency and compliance in customer interactions.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of products/services, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve complex customer issues effectively.

Qualifications:

- Previous customer service or call center experience is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems or similar software is a plus.

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
