**About Us**:
We are an active-adult apartment community dedicated to providing an engaging and vibrant community experience for our residents. Our mission is to offer a comfortable and dynamic living environment through exceptional service and a variety of social events.
**Duties and Responsibilities included but not limited to**:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the apartment complex to potential residents.
- Organize and coordinate events such as open houses, health fairs, and social gatherings to engage the community and showcase our facilities.
- Establish and maintain relationships with local businesses, healthcare providers, and other referral sources.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for community inquiries and tours.
- Collaborate with the management team to assess community needs and develop programs that enhance resident satisfaction.
- Create and distribute promotional materials and communications to increase visibility and interest in the complex.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and events.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in marketing, event planning, or community outreach.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of the San Antonio area and its demographics.
- Passion for working with the active-adult population.
**Line of Authority**:
The Community Liaison reports directly to the Community Sales Director.
