The Customer Support Associate is a key member of the Austin Firm team, responsible for driving consumer outreach efforts and providing strategic direction for the company's brand and sales growth. This role requires a strong understanding of marketing principles and the ability to develop and implement effective business plans.
Key Responsibilities- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, industry needs, and customer preferences, and use this information to inform product and service planning.
- Business Planning: Participate in the development of business plans that align with the company's overall strategy and goals.
- Brand Management: Provide strategic direction to ensure a strong understanding of communications objectives and build brand equity with consumers, franchisees, and employees.
- Customer Data Analysis: Enhance existing customer and market data to build a customer base, increase repeat customers, reduce defectors, and cross-market among all channels.
- Marketing Program Development: Provide direction to cross-functional teams in the development and deployment of specific marketing programs to drive targeted revenue.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Communications or related field preferred, but not required. High School Diploma or GED required.
- Experience: Experience in a customer-facing role or sales environment.
- Skills: Excellent public speaking skills and ability to commute to the office daily.
