**Westmont of Cypress **is an Assisted Living and Memory Care senior living community that offers our employees and residents friendliness, a homelike setting, and an inspiring environment.

We are looking for an experienced **Resident Services Coordinator to assist our resident services director **to lead our clinical team and support in caring for our residents in the **Assisted Living **department.

**What we need from you**:

- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Current criminal record clearance prior to initial presence in the community.
- Able to communicate written and orally in English.
- Passed post offer health physical and drug screen.
- TB test results within 7 days of hire and a health screen within 30 days of hire (when transferring test results TB or health screen will not be older than 6 months)
- Current first aid certificate
- Knowledgeable of state and federal regulations
- Available for on-call duties
- Preferred Assisted Living Experience
- LVN Preferred
- Must be able to push/pull up to 40 lbs, lift up to 35 lbs.
- Able to actively foster and cultivate a team and community culture that is consistent with the Westmont Living Service Standards
- Able to exhibit good business judgment and have strong interpersonal, conflict resolution, analytical, problem solving and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-performance environment with multiple priorities.

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
