Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Transcribe and type correspondence, reports, and other documents
- Provide personal assistant support to executives as needed
- Maintain organized filing systems and databases
- Assist with office management tasks such as ordering supplies and coordinating meetings
- Answer and direct phone calls using multi-line phone systems
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Support various administrative functions including scheduling appointments and managing calendars

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in administrative roles such as personal assistant, dental receptionist, or real estate administrative assistant
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in data entry and office management software
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Familiarity with clerical duties and office procedures

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 40 per week
