Overview:
We are seeking a Regional Manager to oversee our commercial swimming pool maintenance technicians in the Palm Beach area.

**Responsibilities**:

- Commercial Swimming pool experienced
- identify sales and repairs
- oversee and manage pool technicians
- customer service for commercial pools
- Time management
- Quality control
- trouble shoot issues

**Requirements**:

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and supervise teams effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to liaise with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to travel within the region as needed

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

**Benefits**:

Schedule:

- Weekends as needed

Work Location: On the road
