Harrisonburg Ford is seeking a highly skilled and experienced** **Ford Master Technician** to join our team.

This is a full-time position with pay up to **$42.00 per Flat Rate Hour.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues on Ford vehicles.
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections as per factory recommendations.
- Utilize diagnostic equipment and resources to accurately diagnose and repair vehicles.
- Communicate with service advisors and customers regarding necessary repairs and timelines.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Keep up-to-date with latest Ford technology and attend all required training.
- Adhere to all safety procedures and company policies.

**Requirements**:

- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Ford Master Technician certification with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and good driving record.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Must have own tools and the ability to operate diagnostic equipment.
