DPA is a dynamic and rapidly growing real estate investment and construction company specializing in single-family homes, multifamily properties, and small commercial projects. We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Property/Project Operations Manager to join our office-based team.

Position Overview:We are looking for a Property/Project Operations Manager to oversee the internal operations and documentation for our real estate investments, including rental properties and fix-and-flip projects. This office-based position requires a strong administrative skill set and the ability to effectively communicate with field managers to ensure all projects are executed efficiently and within budget.

**Responsibilities**:

- Act as the primary liaison between office staff and on-site property managers to ensure clear communication and proper execution of projects.
- Monitor and track all project expenses, ensuring adherence to financial budgets and reporting discrepancies.
- Manage the documentation and reporting for all real estate operations, including project timelines, budgeting data, and compliance records.
- Coordinate and oversee the administrative aspects of construction and rehab projects, from initiation to completion, ensuring all operations align with company goals.
- Maintain comprehensive records of construction and property management activities to support decision-making and project management.
- Ensure all regulatory, safety, and building standards are met in collaboration with field teams.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress and financial status.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in project management, preferably within the real estate sector, focusing on administrative and operational management.
- Strong understanding of budget management, financial tracking, and project documentation.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously with a keen attention to detail.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to effectively coordinate with both internal teams and external contractors.
- Proficiency in project management software, CRMs commonly used in construction, and other technology tools necessary for efficient operations.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team in an office setting, with a commitment to achieving company objectives.
