**Position**:
Direct Mail Specialist. This is a full time position - 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. M-F, with some overtime as needed.

**Job Summary**:The Direct Mail Specialist is responsible for establishing and maintaining profitable relationships with customers on behalf of the company by taking personal and complete responsibility for each customer contact and by ensuring that all customer requirements are completely met. The CSR has primary responsibility for

ensuring that customer needs are met.

**Qualifications**:
*A clear working knowledge of the digital & offset printing industry and business forms design, with a minimum 5 years experience in digital / offset printing or a related field.
- 5 or more years experience in direct mail including USPS regulations and requirements.
- 5 or more years in a customer service environment and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
- A strong computer aptitude and typing skills with experience in Microsoft Office and ERP software.
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
- The ability to demonstrate the highest level of organizational skills, multi-tasking skills, and time management in order to meet tight deadlines and a variety of tasks in a fast paced work environment.
- Strong attention to detail to identify customer forms requirements and provide timely price quotations for repeat and new projects.
- The ability to work closely with other employees to achieve collective goals and objectives.
- Strong attention to details, possessing a sales aptitude and interested in preventing

errors and solving problems.
- Good sense of design and color.

**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Perform as the initial contact with customers. Receives detailed information including job specifications, construction details, quantity, binding/packaging, shipping & mailing requirements and related information; also serves as main contact for any order related questions and services.
- Educating customers about printing and mailing, for the purpose of developing and maintaining long-standing relationships.
- Conduct regular open quote follow-up calls to try and secure the orders.
- Prepares quotes within established guidelines, with the goal of accuracy and timeliness.
- Entering data for new orders; pulling information and samples on past jobs for reorder.
- Work in conjunction with planning, scheduling and production to assure job is produced accurately and in time to meet shipping commitments.
- Submit proofs to customers and facilitating corrections or approvals from that customer.
- Coordinate mail requirements for projects within required mail drop dates.
- Communicating customer desires regarding forms design, paper, time frame etc. to the production team.
- Make recommendations to improve job accuracies and efficiencies.
- Filing completed job tickets for organized storage.

*Attend to customer complaints and concerns immediately, and facilitate satisfactory

resolution.

*Establish and maintain constructive working relationships with co-workers, management.

Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 per week
