**Talgo Inc. **is seeking an **_IT Support Specialist _**to join **the team in Milwaukee, WI 2 - 4 years of experience to join our organization.
**SUMMARY**
**Some duties of the position are, but not limited to**:
- Be part of the global Help Desk team for Talgo Group located in Spain
- Support and follow up with the Talgo Group IT team on tickets opened
- Ensure that personal computers, laptops, desktop, telecommunication systems and network, are functioning properly and available for their intended users
- Troubleshoot, repair, install and upgrade operating systems and other proprietary software
- Assist in hardware and software deployment planning and execution
- Grant and maintain access to the network drives
- Support VPN
- Maintain Talgo Inc. Microsoft SharePoint page
- As needed, prepare reports for projects and tickets
- Deliver exceptional user support service
- Bring a wide degree of creativity and flexibility on finding solutions
**Required Skills & Qualifications**:
- 2 - 3 years of experience as a Desktop Support Specialist in Windows based environment
- Proficient with Windows Server 2016/2019
- Proficient with Windows 7, 10 and workstation connectivity to servers, printers and internet
- Configuration CMDB tools.
- Active Directory, DHCP and DNS management
- LAN/WAN knowledge
- M365 administration
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Bilingual English and Spanish preferred
**Other important qualifications**:
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must be able to take and pass a pre-employment drug test
- Must be able to successfully pass a background check, including MVR records
**WORK SCHEDULE**
Work hours will usually be from 8am
- 12:30pm, but may include evenings, weekends and holidays when necessary. _Unforeseen situations may require after hours availability. Some travel may be required._
