Member Engagement Representative **Salary**:$10.50 -13.00 per hour

Member Engagement Representative **Hours**: Monday - 9am - 12pm, Tuesday 2pm - 5pm, Saturday 12pm - 6pm, Sunday 6:45am - 12pm OR 2pm - 6pm. There can be flexibility within the shift hours and there is no need to take all shifts.

Member Engagement Representative **Responsibilities**:

- Supporting overall branch operations
- Providing customer service support to members, program participants, and guests
- Assisting members and participants with their needs, including program and membership registration
- Troubleshooting issues, and supporting members' wellness goals
- Utilizing customer service skills to build strong relationships with members

Member Engagement Representative **Qualifications**:

- Have strong communication and customer service skills
- Are a self-starter who is detail oriented, able to multitask and work well in a team setting
- Are positive and professional in appearance and attitude
