Construction Project Coordinator

**Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate permits.
- Manage scheduling and tracking of subcontractors.
- Assist the project team with necessary administrative tasks to keep team operational.
- Serve as a back-up to other office administrative staff.
- Perform clerical tasks including answering phone, data entry, filing, photocopying, scanning.
- Perform other administrative duties and required or assigned.
- Ability to identify alternate solutions, conclusions, and approaches to problems.
- Responsible for maintaining accurate and up to date record, and files.
- Prioritize important tasks with time management.
**Requirements**:
- Construction experience preferred.
- Minimum 3 years as Administrative Assistant or Receptionist.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office.
- Excellent written and communication skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Customer service focused with a can-do attitude.
**Compensation and Benefits Package**:
- The pay range is $23.00-$29.00 per hour, depending on experience.
